RICHMOND, Va. — The pinnacle of Virginia’s Home of Delegates is asking for the resignation of Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax.
Home of Delegates Speaker Kirk Cox mentioned in a press release Saturday that Fairfax’s means to control has been “completely impaired” by “a number of, critical credible allegations” of sexual assault made lately by two ladies.
Earlier this week, a school professor accused Fairfax of assaulting her on the 2004 Democratic Nationwide Conference. A second girl got here ahead on Friday, accusing Fairfax of rape. Fairfax has emphatically denied each allegations and mentioned he will not resign.
